Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat generator - made of steel and high-temperature resistant refractory material
2. Raw material feeding tank - Volume: 1.6 - 3 cubic meters, with a dosing screw to feed the dryer
3. Rotary tube with 3 chambers and coils
4. Fan, Cyclone with free-fall rotary valve
5. Control panel and automated operation program through Siemens LCD based on the raw material's moisture
Drying process: Wet raw material passes through the rotary tube composed of 3 drying chambers in the form of coils, where it loses its moisture by mixing with hot air. Then, the dried material falls from the cyclone with a rotary valve, and the humid air is ventilated into the atmosphere by the fan.
