Working principle of the dryer:
1. Heat generator - steel and high-temperature resistant refractory construction
2. Raw material feeding tank - Volume: 1.6 - 3 cubic meters with dosing screw into the dryer
3. Rotary tube with 3 chambers with coils
4. Fan, Cyclone with rotary valve and free fall
5. Control panel and automated operation program through Siemens LCD based on the moisture content of the raw material
Drying process: The wet raw material passes through the rotary tube consisting of 3 drying chambers in the form of coils, where it mixes and loses its moisture. Then, the dried raw material falls from the cyclone with a rotary valve, while the humid air is vented into the atmosphere through the fan.
