Types of raw materials: wood chips *(granulation 3-5mm, 70% hardwood and 30% softwood, optional 1.0-1.5% dextrin, steam generator), cereal straw, grains, rapeseed, alfalfa, feed and other biomass waste.
Each raw material has different conicity and dimensions for the rotary flat die.
The patented conical group by Briquetting Technology under the "PellTech" series provides reliability, performance, and stable 24/24 operation. The conical group in the pellet press with Timken bearings and Shell oil is designed for operation in extreme conditions. The operation of the conical group is tested and approved by Timken®.

Minicomplex for pellet production - Pellet press line consists of:
- 0.4 m³ hopper with raw material feeding screw
- Mini screw feeder for additives (lignin, dextrin, bran, etc.)
- Mixing screw with raw material humidification system
